The stock windscreen on the NC750X is what a rider might want for short trips or off-road riding, but if this motorcycle is to be used on the highway for distance riding as well, more protection is needed. Using the stock mounts and adding onto it with specially designed grommets and stand-offs, the VStream windshields are far more effective.
