KPMI, Low Rider ST saddlebag stabilizer

Used to reduce unwanted saddlebag movement like vibrating and shaking, especially at high speeds, due to a lack of support. This saddlebag stabilizer bar creates a direct link between both saddlebags which strengthens the system and reduces movement.
