Designed to give either the license plate frame or license plate an mount angle downwards or upwards. This 'large' version gives a larger angle for use with shorter fenders. Obviously, when rotating the license plate mount block 180° you'll have either a more downwards, for improved rear visibility, or a more upwards angle for a more 'lay down' style license plate.
